The Louisiana Public Service Commission terminated their \u201csuspension of disconnection order\u201d at their June 24, 2020 meeting. Due to the impact and financial stress that COVID-19 is causing our customers, Epictouch is temporarily offering our customers special payment arrangements for past due balances incurred through July 25, 2020. The arrangement consists of the customer being billed for their current services plus a levelized monthly installment to satisfy the past due balance. There will be no additional cost or fees related to the past due balance arrangement as long as customer complies with the arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please contact\nour office at 318-352-0006 to speak to a customer service representative before\nAugust 10, 2020 for further details or to set up a payment plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
