EPICTOUCH is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the EPICTOUCH website and mobile application (mobile app/app) and governs data collection and usage. By using the website and/or the mobile app, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of Your Personal Information
EPICTOUCH collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. EPICTOUCH also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.
EPICTOUCH also collects and processes information provided directly by you when you install the App and register for an account to use the App. Specifically, this information includes:
Your name, email address, location, user’s phone or contact book data, user’s inventory of installed apps, and user’s screen recording;

Data insights EPICTOUCH attains based on correlation and analytics of your information collected in providing the App, which may be used in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics, to provide the App; and

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by EPICTOUCH. This information is used by EPICTOUCH for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the EPICTOUCH Web site. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through EPICTOUCH public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: EPICTOUCH does not read any of your private online Communications.

EPICTOUCH collects and uses your personal information to operate the EPICTOUCH Web site and deliver the services you have requested. EPICTOUCH also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from EPICTOUCH and its affiliates. EPICTOUCH keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within EPICTOUCH , in order to determine what EPICTOUCH services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within EPICTOUCH to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
EPICTOUCH uses the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy, including personal information, to:
Provide you with the App as described in the Agreement;
Implement, improve and/or enhance the App, including to make future releases available to you;
Carry out EPICTOUCH ‘s obligations as described or authorized in the Agreement and this Privacy Policy;
Enforce EPICTOUCH rights arising from the Agreement between you and EPICTOUCH ; and

Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EPICTOUCH and its affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or related to use of the Service, any materials downloaded or uploaded through the Service, any actions taken in connection with use of the Service, any violation of any third party's rights, any violation of any law or any breach of this AUP. This section shall not be construed to limit or exclude any other claims or remedies that EPICTOUCH may assert under this AUP or by law.

EPICTOUCH will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. EPICTOUCH encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how EPICTOUCH is protecting your information.
